Today we look at Casfile one of my favourite podcast going into the new year.

This podcast is outstanding, well written and gives you all the facts, whilst emanating a respect for every victim. A collection of 233 cases which are all bingeworthy. The perfect podcast to listen to whilst in the car or doing task around the house. I really enjoy listening to these whilst driving and cleaning. The podcast has been going for 6 years now and taking it back to their early podcast they delve into some of the most famous cases however they also tackle case you may not have even heard of. This is great for someone like me who has listened/watched a lot of true crime, the new more obscure cases make for a great listen. The way to podcast is written turns true crime into almost a short story with great tension. This makes it a very easy listen giving you that level of excitement rather than just repeating facts to their audience. The narrator adds to this tension with great intrigue and mystery. They have recently introduced a subscription to raise increased funds however this only gives early access to episodes as all are eventually released to the public meaning you can listen to all episodes for free. There are basic adverts within episodes however they are not completely overrun by these, and every podcast has to create a form of income.
With over 8000 reviews on apple podcast and a rating of 4.7 it’s easy to see why this is a great podcast.
